Terms & Conditions – Scratch n’ Score

The following are the terms and conditions of the " Scratch n’ Score Promotion" (the "Promotion") for www.888poker.com (the “Site”). If you play or register with the Site in the UK, the Promotion is organized by 888 UK Limited. Otherwise, the Promotion is organized by the company defined in the User Agreement applicable to you.

The Promotion shall commence on 10/6/21 and shall conclude on 23/6/21 (the “Promotion Period”).

  1. General

    1. Participation in the Promotion is only available to registered players who: (i) maintain an account with the Website; and (ii) have deposited real money into their account with the Website prior or during the Promotion Period.
    2. We may cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion, and any of the bonuses or benefits offered hereunder, where required for security reasons, to comply with applicable law or regulation, due to abuse or otherwise where the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified as a result of exceptional circumstances. Other than where necessary to prevent fraud or other similar unlawful behavior, any such cancellation, modification or suspension will not apply to you if you have already opted into the Promotion, made a deposit in expectation of receipt of a bonus or other benefits offered, and/or commenced taking part in the Promotion prior to the date of the communication of the cancellation, modification or suspension.
    3. No-one under the age of 18 or the age of legal consent for engaging in the gambling services made available through the Website under the laws of any jurisdiction, whichever is higher may participate in this Promotion.
    4. If you have a pending message on the Website’s cashier regarding your recent gaming activity, we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility to participate and/or continue to participate in this Promotion. In such event, any bonus and/or other benefit which you have received and/or are eligible to receive under this Promotion, shall be forfeited by you.
    5. All times and dates are in GMT.

    6. If you register or play in the UK:

      You hereby agree to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the "UK User Agreement" which includes but is not limited to the "Bonus Policy"

      The amount you are able to withdraw from your account, is subject to the Withdrawal Policy. If your withdrawal request is for less than the relevant allowable amount, the funds will be returned to your bankroll.

      If we reasonably suspect that you are attempting to abuse any bonus (as further described in Section 9.2 (k) in the Terms of Service) then we may: (i) not grant you such bonus; (ii) request additional identification documents as described in Section 12.3 (a) in the Terms of Service; or (iii) block or restrict your account, in accordance with the "UK User Agreement".

      If you do not register or play in the UK:

      You hereby agree to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the "User Agreement" which includes but is not limited to the "Bonus Policy"

      The amount you are able to withdraw from your account is subject to minimum and maximum limits. If your withdrawal request is for less than the relevant allowable amount, the funds will be returned to your bankroll. You can find details of the minimum and maximum withdrawal limits in the "Withdrawal Policy".

      With respect to point 21 in the "Bonus Policy", if we reasonably suspect that you are attempting to abuse any bonus then we may: (i) not grant you such bonus; (ii) request additional identification documents as described in Section 12.3 (a) in the User Agreement; or (iii) block or restrict your account, in accordance with such "User Agreement"

    7. In order to meet the applicable wagering requirement, no real money shall be deemed to contribute (in full or in part) to the wagering requirement, unless otherwise specified by us.
    8. Available funds will always be used before Restricted Funds (to include Money transferred) and the balance of both will be displayed in your My Account 
    9. All Bonus types (incl. Vouchers, their related winnings, and unclaimed Bonus funds) may be forfeited when making a withdrawal.
    10. Deposits made with Skrill and Neteller are not eligible for the offer.

  2. Eligibility
    1. You may only participate in the Promotion, if you have directly received an e-mail from the Site to which these terms and conditions are linked to.
    2. You must have already deposited at least once in the cashier to participate in the Promotion.
    3. If you play from Northern Ireland, this promotion does not apply to you.
  3. The Promotion
    1. All free bet tokens granted under the Promotion, will be credited to your account within 72 hours of the necessary requirements being fulfilled/
    2. Subject to the above, in order to receive free bet tokens granted under the Promotion, a player must complete the following daily challenges:
      • Scratch ‘n’ Score – Live Bet Challenge: Place live bets to get a Scratch ‘n’ Score Scratchcard. The minimum number of live bets and minimum bet amount per bet required are stated in the promotional email you have received.
      • Scratch ‘n’ Score – Multiple Bet Challenge: Place a multiple bet to get a Scratch ‘n’ Score Scratchcard. The minimum number of legs and minimum bet amount required are stated in the promotional email you have received.
  4. Sport Betting Tokens
    1. Under the terms of the Promotion, eligible members will receive free bet token(s) which you can use on https://poker.888sport.com ("888sport").
    2. Free bet stakes, permutation and void bets do not qualify as a qualifying bet in order to receive the free bet token(s).
    3. Bets which are cashed out before an event ends do not qualify as a qualifying bet in order to receive the free bet token(s).
    4. The free bet token(s) will be granted within 72 hours of the qualifying bets settlement which will occur 72 hours of the qualifying bet settlement.
    5. The free bet token(s) will expire 7 days after being credited to your account, if not used.
    6. A free bet token’s value is not included in any payout.
    7. A free bet token can’t be used can’t be used on bets which:
      1. have less than minimum odds of 1/2 (1.5);
      2. are “multiples” “permutations”, or “each way”;
      3. are Ante-Post bets, enhanced offer bets or daily racing specials.
    8. The free bet token(s) must be used in its entirety in a single go and can’t be used in a succession of bets.
    9. Bets are counted only after the bet is settled.
    10. A free bet token(s) can’t be combined with real money bets.
    11. Player and bet limits apply to free bet token use.
    12. We reserve the right to withhold or retract any free bet tokens and winnings generated if free bet tokens are mistakenly credited or patterns of abuse are found.
  5. Claim

  6. In addition, in order to receive the free bet tokens and/or profit boost tokens granted under the Promotion, you must respond to the scratch card claim email sent by 888poker, by clicking on the relevant link within such email within 24 hours of 888poker sending the claim email to you. If you do not click the relevant link with such time frame, your right to receive the free bet token and/or profit boost token shall automatically expire.
